Datafiles in your TTS are in 10.2.0.1 format because your source DB
was with parameter compatibility=10.2.0.1. Having your target database
running with compatibility 9.2.0.0 won't allow to plugin any datafiles
with compatibility level higher than 9.2.0.0.
Opposite should be fine I think.
